Irina Rostova

Welcome!

I’m Irina Rostova, the founder of EB-5 Support and a dedicated professional with expertise in both immigration law and investment brokering. My journey began with a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan, followed by management experience at JP Morgan Chase. After earning my law degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, I began my legal career as an immigration attorney at one of South Florida’s largest firms, specializing in EB-5 investment migration.

Motivated by a desire to provide tailored solutions, I co-founded the Rostova Westerman Law Group (RWLG), where I spent nearly a decade managing over 700 EB-5 cases for immigrant families from diverse backgrounds. In 2020, I expanded my expertise by obtaining my broker’s license, joining Dalmore Capital to help investors select secure EB-5 projects. I now serve with InvestAmerica, a leading U.S. brokerage, continuing my commitment to guiding investors and developers.

Throughout my career, I’ve been honored to chair the Public Policy Committee of Invest in the USA (IIUSA) and to be recognized multiple times as a “Top Immigration Attorney” by EB-5 Investor Magazine. My advocacy efforts extend to partnerships with organizations like the American Immigrant Investor Alliance. As one of the few professionals licensed in both immigration law and investment brokering, I bring a unique combination of legal and financial expertise to deliver innovative and effective solutions for EB-5 stakeholders.
