What changes happened to the EB-5 program?

The 2022 Reform and Integrity Act (RIA) created numerous changes to the program, including:

• New visa classifications (set-aside visas), 
• Changes to the minimum investment amount ($800,000 for Set Aside, $1,050,000 for Unreserved)
• Reduced investment period (now a minimum of two years after capital is available to project sponsor)
