1401 Penn

1401 Penn is the development of a seven-story apartment building with approximately 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project is located in D.C.’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, one of the nation’s largest historic districts. The building features a rooftop pool and terrace, fitness center, penthouse clubroom lounge, and views of the U.S. Capitol and the Anacostia River.
