EB-5 Reserved - Set-Aside Categories

Approximately 10,000 EB-5 visas are issued annually to immigrants and their families whose investments create at least ten full-time jobs for U.S. workers. Of these:

• 20% are reserved for rural areas
• 10% are reserved for high unemployment areas
• 2% are reserved for infrastructure projects
